Title: TEMAP project - Crowdsourcing Old Maps
Abstract:
The Moravian Library has long been involved in R&D activities involving old maps and their online publishing. This presentation will highlight the tools the library uses to publish scanned old maps online, including its flagship application - the Georeferencer - an online crowdsourcing application that has recently been used to georeference over 9000 digitized maps collections of 9 Czech institutions.
